Delivery is free for orders over £45 or just £4.95 if under £45 in the UK. Please see delivery details for international orders - you will be contacted if we require further payment for postage.

If you are eligible for a free gift, this will be added manually by a member of the Essentials Team. It will not show in your basket once you have logged in or entered your billing information (at checkout).

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day will be delivered the next working day by Parcelforce, dependent on stock levels This does not include Saturdays or Bank Holidays. A signature will be required for receipt. Please see Delivery & Shipping to see what to do if you will not be in, (Delivery will be 48 hours for Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands). Parcels cannot be left anywhere without a signature so please do not ask so for in the special instructions. If we are out of stock of items a member of our team will contact you to let you know when you can expect your parcel.
